Bodyweight Training is a simple, effective way to improve balance, flexibility and strength without machinery or extra equipment. From legs and glutes to shoulders, chest and arms and of course abs, every part of the body can get stronger and be more toned with body resistance alone.
The benefits of Bodyweight Training include more than just building lean muscle mass - which is the main most impressive benefit, of course. Bodyweight exercises also improve heart health, prevent and treat diabetes, improve your mood, help maintain cognitive function, and strengthen joints and bones.
